Even though ARIVU-(KNOWLEDGE) is a Tamil Magazine
this article should have been translated into tamil before pub-
lishing. I will be giving a brief translation of the matter very soon.
In the meantime I want my Arivou readers to go through the article
as early as possible.There is a mistake in the placement of the articles
pages, the lastpage(9) should have followed by page(7).This
article is printed in small letters;but you could bring it to larger size by
clicking in the middle of each page.
